How to request data deletion
Ice Forge Hockey Training Center stores personal data only as long as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time, free of charge.
If you connected via Facebook or Instagram
Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find Ice Forge Hockey Website → Remove. Facebook will notify us automatically and we'll delete your linked data within 30 days. You'll be returned to this page with a confirmation code you can save.
For all other accounts
Email us at info@iceforgehockey.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address or phone number tied to your account. We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted
- Account profile, email, phone number, and saved preferences
- Connected Facebook/Instagram tokens and account references
- Contact form submissions and party inquiries tied to your email
- Marketing subscription records and engagement history
What may be retained
We may retain transactional records (bookings, payments, waivers) for the period required by California law and our insurance carrier — typically 7 years for payment records and the duration of a participant's membership for waiver records. These records are kept in encrypted storage and not used for marketing.
