COACH TANNER'S STORY
A Huntington Beach, California native, Coach Tanner Privia brings a strong background in hockey development with a specialized foundation in roller hockey. His experience in the roller game has helped shape a dynamic approach to skill development, emphasizing puck control, shooting, and offensive creativity.
Tanner serves as the Head Coach and Assistant Director of the Tour OC Blades teams, where he leads high-level players in a competitive environment focused on growth and performance. His coaching philosophy centers on skill progression, attention to detail, and creating an environment where athletes are challenged while building confidence.
With a passion for developing complete players, Tanner focuses on translating advanced skill work into game situations. His energy, relatability, and modern approach to training make him a valuable part of the Ice Forge Hockey staff and a strong influence on the next generation of players.
