COACH ZOE'S STORY
Zoe didn't find fitness — she grew up inside it. Starting Olympic lifting and functional training at nine years old, competing in travel volleyball, and eventually earning a triple certification from NASM in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Performance Enhancement, she's built a coaching approach rooted in real athletic experience.
What sets Zoe apart is how she thinks about training. She integrates hockey-specific movement and stimulus into every program she builds — so what happens in the gym shows up on the ice. Her programs are challenging, intentional, and designed to actually be fun — because athletes who enjoy the process are the ones who stick with it and thrive. Ice Forge offers general fitness classes for kids and parents, strength-focused programs, and agility training — all built around one goal: forging strong athletes and giving every player the physical foundation for a long, healthy, and competitive life.
At Ice Forge, the gym exists for one reason — to build athletes with the strength, power, and body control to own every stride, every shot, and every shift. Training at the Ice Forge gym is by appointment with Zoe only — because great results start with great coaching.
“Train hard, train smart, train with purpose — the work you put in off the ice is what shows up on it.”
