COACH VINCE VALLES

With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Coach Vince Valles has built a reputation for developing confident, high-IQ hockey players who perform at their best. He is a USA Hockey Level 5 certified coach and USA Hockey Director-certified, with experience leading both girls and boys teams across multiple age groups, including Tier I AAA. He has also directed summer camps and specialized skills programs focused on player development.

Vince's coaching philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, situational awareness, and fostering a competitive, positive environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential. His players consistently advance to prep school, junior, and collegiate levels.
